Over the past 15 years I have been working with a variety of projects in different businesses. A substantial part of the projects has been within the energy sector in offshore operations, characterized by a technical environment with a high degree of complexity. With a background in logistics and supply chain management the portfolio also contains a significant track of optimization and improvement projects within Procurement, logistics and IT both within and outside the energy sector.
Key success factors in my project delivery are results delivered on time, budget and in high quality with an appropriate level of interface- and stakeholder management to secure involvement and implementation.

Contractor Management (A.P. Moeller Maersk – Maersk Oil Qatar) Optimization and development of 3rd party manning strategy with a focus on increasing quality and cost during a heavy expansion from 100 to 400+ contractors in offshore operations, during the Al-Shaheen field development project.
24ONE – Strategic optimization program radically changing construction concepts for offshore turbines (Siemens Wind Power) Establish and initiate an optimization program changing the concept for installation and commissioning of offshore turbines though a significant reduction of time spent on completion offshore. The development program achieved significant time and cost reductions during the construction phase of offshore windfarms.
Reduction of out-of-stock – Cross functional process optimization and sprint project (Dansk Supermarked) Planning, facilitation and execution of a sprint project achieving process optimization across DSG business units to reduce process driven out of stock across all stores.
Operations Performance reporting establishment and roll out (A.P. Moeller Maersk – Maersk Oil Corporate) Establishing performance dashboards and performance management processes across operations in all business units, to enhance trend analysis, best-practice and forward-looking performance management.
Standardization across Construction process (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) Drive standardization strategy in offshore construction to secure optimization and best practices implementation across offshore sales projects in the execution phase from pre-assembly to windfarm hand-over.
Performance reporting – portfolio and dashboard implementation (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) Establishing performance management processes across the offshore platform portfolio to enhance trend analysis and performance benchmarking between projects, including digitalization and significant data foundation improvements
Offshore Competency Management and Development (A.P. Moeller Maersk – Maersk Oil Qatar) Improved competency development program in Operations for both internal and 3rd party offshore crew, to strengthen process safety development in the offshore industry.
Digitalizing manpower planning and tracking for offshore operations (A.P. Moeller Maersk – Maersk Oil Qatar) Digitalizing planning and tracking of offshore crew to enhance scheduling, POB control and competency management.
Procurement optimization – Project ONE (A.P. Moeller Maersk – Maersk Oil Qatar) Optimization of all service contracts within operations, covering Helicopter operations, manning and catering for offshore as part of a significant cost reduction program across A.P. Moeller Maersk.
