Throughout my career I have worked closely with senior management in several companies to develop the strategic agenda. Focus and content has varied with the companies and/or departments goal and ambitions – however, one thing common for all of them has been the need for driving change and development. The essence of success has in my experience been the ability to set a clear direction which easily can be communicated and understood and thereby lived in the organization.
Strategy and strategic initiatives must make sense – not just in the management team but throughout the organization. It must set direction and bridge the great visions of the company with the small details which secure we reach the goal. Organizational involvement and focus on implementation is therefore key in all strategic development.

Aiming to drive a mindset change from being reactive and focused on historic performance to become forward looking and forecast based.
Construction performance management (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) expand and strengthen performance management set-up and portfolio analysis to increase transparency and ability to proactively steer and support across the execution phase of sales projects.
Digitalization strategy development and project initiation (Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy) Initiation of cross functional digitalization strategy to enhance and improve data driven analytics and decision making in planning and execution phases of offshore windfarm construction.
